User Agreement

Effective Date: February 3, 2026

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and AdhanTimes ("we," "us," or "our") for the use of the AdhanTimes mobile application ("App").

This Agreement is between you and OSY SOFTWARE (Türkiye).

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the AdhanTimes application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download, install, or use the App.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the AdhanTimes App on your personal mobile device(s) for your personal, non-commercial use.

2.1 Permitted Uses

• Install and use the App on devices you own or control
• Receive prayer time notifications and use all available features
• Access Islamic content and resources provided within the App
• Customize settings and preferences for your personal use

2.2 Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, or redistribute the App
• Use the App for any commercial purposes
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App

3. Prayer Times and Religious Content

Important Acknowledgment: You acknowledge and agree that:

• Prayer times are calculated using established Islamic calculation methods
• Calculation results may vary based on geographical location, selected method, and local conditions
• The App provides prayer times as a helpful tool, not as religious authority
• You should consult your local mosque or Islamic scholars for critical religious matters
• We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee absolute precision in all circumstances
• Local Islamic authorities may have different prayer time schedules

4. User Responsibilities

As a user, you are responsible for:

• Device Security: Maintaining the security of your mobile device
• Location Accuracy: Providing accurate location information for prayer time calculations
• Internet Connection: Ensuring adequate internet connectivity for features requiring online access
• Updates: Installing app updates to ensure optimal performance and security
• Notifications: Managing notification permissions and settings appropriately
• Compliance: Using the App in accordance with this Agreement and applicable laws

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the App, you consent to:

• Collection of location data for prayer time calculations
• Storage of your preferences and settings
• Use of analytics to improve the App
• Delivery of notifications based on your settings

6. Intellectual Property Rights

AdhanTimes and all its content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to software, text, displays, images, audio, and design) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with or provide access to third-party services, including:

• Location services (GPS)
• Analytics services (Firebase, Google Analytics)
• Advertising services (AdMob)
• Cloud storage and synchronization services
• External Islamic content providers

Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

8. Updates and Modifications

We may periodically release updates to improve functionality, fix bugs, or add new features. You agree that:

• Updates may be automatically downloaded and installed
• Some updates may be required for continued use of the App
• We may modify or discontinue features at our discretion
• Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of changes

9. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination:

• You must cease all use of the App
• You must delete all copies of the App from your devices
• All provisions that should survive termination shall remain in effect

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time, for any reason, including violation of this Agreement.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

12. Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Agreement.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction.

15. Entire Agreement
