These Terms govern your use of AdhanTimes, operated by OSY SOFTWARE (Türkiye).

By accessing or using AdhanTimes, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use the application.

AdhanTimes is a mobile application that provides:

• Accurate Islamic prayer times based on your location
• Qibla direction compass
• Prayer time notifications and alarms
• Islamic calendar and related features
• Daily Islamic content and reminders

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the service at any time without prior notice.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of AdhanTimes, you agree to:

• Use the application in accordance with Islamic principles and values
• Provide accurate location information for prayer time calculations
• Use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes only
• Not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
• Not use the app for any unlawful or prohibited activities
• Not interfere with or disrupt the app's functionality or servers
• Maintain the security of your device and account

4. Prayer Times Accuracy

Important Notice: While we strive to provide the most accurate prayer times using established Islamic calculation methods, prayer times may vary slightly based on:

• Geographical location and local conditions
• Selected calculation method
• Local mosque or Islamic authority preferences
• GPS accuracy and device capabilities

We strongly recommend consulting your local mosque or Islamic authority for critical matters. AdhanTimes is a tool to assist you and should not replace local Islamic guidance.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of AdhanTimes, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are the exclusive property of OSY SOFTWARE (Türkiye) or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use AdhanTimes on your personal mobile device solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

7. Third-Party Services

AdhanTimes may contain links to third-party websites or services, including:

• Analytics services (Google Analytics, Firebase)
• Advertising networks (AdMob)
• Social media platforms
• External Islamic resources

We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party services. Your use of such services is at your own risk.

8. Disclaimers

AdhanTimes is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of prayer times
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Freedom from viruses or harmful components
• Fitness for a particular purpose

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AdhanTimes and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code
• Any errors or inaccuracies in Islamic prayer times or content

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AdhanTimes, its developers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the application or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to AdhanTimes at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the application and delete it from your device.

12. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or via email. Your continued use of AdhanTimes after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.
